These classes are taught by instructors certified in the Booty Barre method. A sexy, energetic 55 minute workout that combines the TONING benefits of yoga, Pilates, and dance to STRENGTHEN AND STRETCH the body to HELP YOU LOOK (AND FEEL) 10 years younger. Using the Ballet Barre, exercise balls, weights and resistance band you tone your body without adding bulk and burn almost 600 calories in an hour!
