Pilates focuses on re-educating and evenly strengthening the entire body so that it can work toward maximum efficiency of movement. The integrated approach while re-training the individual will help to correct body weaknesses and imbalances, improve performance, reduce injuries, and help to recondition individuals with injury or structural issues. It is also for the healthy individual who wants to condition, strengthen and tone the body.

Our philosophy is to teach the highest standard of Pilates and to maintain the integrity of the work that we have
learned from various Master teachers. We teach the work not as an exercise but as a way of life and we incorporate a variety of exercises and apparatuses that work best for the individual and group classes.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are recommended for those who are new to this form of exercise or who have taken a break and need a refresher.  These one on one sessions provide valuable personal instruction and are designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Private sessions are ideal for individuals with special consideration to advance/challenge an existing program.

Semi-Private
Semi-Private sessions are perfect if you like to work out with a partner.  If you don’t like to exercise alone or you are not comfortable in group setting, Semi-Private sessions are perfect and more cost effective than Private sessions.

Reformer/Wunda Chair Classes  (Group)
An affordable way to stay in shape using the Pilates apparatus in a small group setting.  (Reformer & Wunda Chair classes).  Clients must have a minimum of 3 Private sessions prior to attending.  See Introductory Offers for affordable start-up packages.

Mat Class *
Classes include all-over toning, stretching, and strengthening.  Classes include small Pilates apparatus such as magic circles, exercise bands, and stability balls.  Classes fill quickly. Make a reservation now.
